£4.95 per request, free at a merchandise subtotal of £75.00. Mainland England, Wales and Scotland street addresses only. Preparation is estimated at 2–4 business days after offer acceptance and any agreed payment clearance, then 2–5 business days in transit.
Can I change my mind?
There is a statutory 14-day cancellation route and a voluntary change-of-mind notification window through day 30. Merchant-arranged collection is free. For statutory cancellation, refund is due within 14 days of notice because collection is offered.
