Terms and Conditions

Seller and scope

NEW BILQUES LIMITED is the trader and data controller, company number 16925207. Write to [email protected] or 129A East Park Road, Leicester, England LE5 5AZ. This is a correspondence address, not a shop or an unsolicited returns destination. Telephone: +447427569488. These terms describe domestic requests for evening dresses and bracelets. They apply alongside the linked Privacy, Cookies, Service, Payment, Returns and Shipping documents. Please save the eventual offer and the terms version supplied with it. Browsing or asking a question is not acceptance of a paid order.

Catalogue and non-binding request

The catalogue invites you to send a non-binding request; it is not an immediate purchase or a promise of live stock. Use the product description, materials, dimensions and included contents to choose an item. We confirm the goods, selected variant, availability and relevant care or safety information in the offer before you decide whether to accept. Photographs help you compare shape, colour and graphic placement; screen colour and small finishing details can vary. A material difference or proposed substitution must be explained in a revised offer, which you may decline.

Contract formation

Choose a product and any required size, add a quantity to your cart, edit the lines and review the delivery calculation. The request form lets you check your contact and delivery details before sending. A successful submission gives a durable reference. The merchant then reviews the proposal and provides a complete saveable offer with the actual specification, total, performance arrangements and applicable terms. Only your explicit acceptance of that later offer forms a contract. The website request button creates no payment obligation.

Corrections and duplicate requests

Correct quantities, variants and address details before sending. Validation errors preserve the shopping session and usable draft; follow the displayed error before trying again. Repeated submission using the same request key records only one request, not another order. After receiving a reference, quote it when requesting a correction or withdrawal rather than creating a second request for the same intention. If a response is uncertain, ask for a reference check before starting a fresh request.

Prices and tax treatment

All displayed amounts are GBP and include applicable compulsory taxes within the goods and delivery figures. We do not claim a VAT registration or add a guessed VAT percentage. Delivery is £4.95 per request, free when the merchandise subtotal is at least £75.00, excluding delivery itself. The server recalculates catalogue prices and quantities. A pricing mistake before acceptance requires a corrected offer which you may decline; it does not authorise an undisclosed price rise after contract formation.

Variants and availability

Availability is request-only. Selecting a size or finish records a preference, not guaranteed allocation. Dresses require an explicit UK size selection; bracelets are independent products, not automatically included accessories. Changes to specifications, quantities or the offered delivery date require your agreement. There are no fabricated stock counts or countdowns, and no silent substitutions.

Payment and performance

This website does not take online card payments. Your later offer will state the payment method, payee, complete amount and when payment is due, so you can review them before accepting. Preparation estimates begin after your explicit acceptance and any payment clearance specified in the agreed offer. A request reference is not proof of payment or dispatch. Do not make a transfer solely because you have received a reference; contact us if payment instructions are missing or appear inconsistent with the offer.

Delivery and risk

Delivery is limited to mainland street addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. Preparation is estimated at two to four business days after acceptance and any agreed payment clearance; transit is estimated at two to five business days after actual handover. Business days exclude weekends and local public holidays. Goods remain the merchant’s responsibility until delivered as applicable by law. Carrier delay is not a blanket exclusion of your rights, and this domestic service has no customs surcharge.

Cancellation, returns and defects

Ordinary distance goods have a statutory cancellation route: notify within 14 calendar days after delivery, with the usual further 14 days to return. We also accept change-of-mind notification through day 30 on the conditions explained in Returns. Free merchant-arranged collection is offered. Faulty, wrong and damaged goods have separate Consumer Rights Act remedies, not a remedy that disappears at day 30. The Returns document contains the notice wording, charges, collection process and precise refund triggers.

Use and liability

Compare the whole dress silhouette, garment length and UK size, rather than assuming that a picture guarantees fit. Ask for the actual garment measurements before accepting an offer. For bracelets, compare the stated length, link width and closure; discuss material sensitivities without sending medical information. No precious-metal or hypoallergenic claim is made. Follow the product-specific care and safety notes and stop using an unsafe item. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other non-excludable responsibility. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact; general care advice is not a waiver of quality obligations.

Complaints and dispute resolution

For a complaint, contact us with your reference, the issue and the outcome you seek. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and provide a reasoned response or substantive update within 14 calendar days. If more work is needed, we will give the next update date. Citizens Advice consumer service and GOV.UK consumer guidance can help and explain Trading Standards reporting. We do not claim ADR membership or direct you to the discontinued EU ODR platform.

Applicable law and version

The offer is governed by England and Wales law, without removing mandatory protections or consumer court access that apply elsewhere in the UK. Changes to these website terms apply prospectively; the version supplied with an accepted offer is not rewritten retroactively. Keep your offer, acceptance, reference and any agreed amendments. Review date: 22 October 2026. The linked policies provide the practical procedures and remain subject to your statutory rights.
